Dear Norwood Noble Families,
I am thrilled to welcome you and your students to the 2025-2026 school year! It is truly an honor to serve as your child’s principal, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such a dedicated school community. At Norwood Junior High, we are committed to supporting every student’s academic journey through innovative instructional strategies, an unwavering focus on campus safety, and a strong sense of inclusivity and belonging.
Our mission is to provide each student with the skills and experiences needed to thrive in high school and beyond. To do this, we strive to be both reflective and proactive—ensuring every learner receives the highest quality education in a safe, welcoming environment.
As principal, one of my greatest goals is to inspire our students to pursue excellence in all areas of their lives. We know this work is most successful when schools and families partner together. I encourage you to take an active role in our school community by participating in one or more of the following:
- School Site Council (SSC)
- English Language Advisory Committee (ELAC)
- Monthly Coffee & Conversation with the Principal
Your involvement makes a meaningful difference and reinforces for students the value of consistent effort and community support in reaching their academic, social, and extracurricular goals.
Your student will also be supported every day by our incredible team:
- Ms. Burmaster, Assistant Principal
- Mr. Casparis, Activities Director
- Our caring and responsive Office Staff
- Our high-qualified and knowledgeable Teachers & Classified Staff
We look forward to building strong partnerships with you throughout this school year. Though your student's time at Norwood may be brief, we are committed to making it powerful, positive, and memorable. Together, we will celebrate every success—big and small.
